I am an engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience keeping software projects organized, tested, and moving on small, fast-paced, distributed teams. I work hands-on across delivery schedules, testing, quality checks, CI/CD, and releases throughout the full software lifecycle.
I am comfortable digging into technical details when needed, whether that means reproducing a bug, reading a stack trace, or writing a test case. I also build internal, developer-facing AI tooling to reduce reporting work and help teams make decisions faster.
In my recent roles, I have led distributed open-source and product engineering efforts across multiple regions and time zones. I focus on tracking dependencies, flagging blockers early, re-planning when requirements change, and keeping engineers, partners, and leadership aligned.
I have led delivery through major product launches, managed release schedules, and helped teams stay predictable under fast-moving requirements. I also have experience running technical grants and mentorship programs, coordinating scope, milestones, and feedback for large groups.
Earlier in my career, I owned test and release setups end to end for a client-facing .NET web platform, including CI/CD, build and packaging, source control strategy, and quality gates. I helped formalize Agile practices and improve release safety, speed, and predictability across distributed teams.
Beyond my professional work, I founded the Ethereum Costa Rica community and have been active in education-focused initiatives, DAO participation, and speaking at industry events. I hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a Certified Blockchain Developer credential.
