I am a lead software engineer with more than 9 years of technical experience building production-grade web and desktop applications for multinational enterprise clients across logistics, finance, and insurance.
I have spent over 5 years at Perficient, where I progressed from technical consultant to senior technical consultant and then lead technical consultant. My work has focused on end-to-end ownership, from architecture and implementation through deployment, testing, and post-release stability.
My core stack includes React, TypeScript, Electron, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. I have also worked extensively with automated testing, including contract, E2E, and white-box testing, and I am comfortable leading distributed multinational teams in Agile and Scrum environments.
A distinctive part of my background is hardware-software integration. I designed and implemented serial-port communication layers for logistics applications, including integration with Zebra barcode scanners, scales, and label printers, and I validated these systems with physical-device E2E testing before rollout.
I also have a dual profile in applied robotics and AI. My experience includes ROS 2, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, and LLM application integration, along with research work that led to an IEEE Xplore publication and an industrial patent.
In addition to my engineering work, I have taught robotics, advised university students, and coached teams to competitive success, including a first-place RoboRAVE World Championship result. I am based in Colombia and work remotely. I speak Spanish natively, English at a C1 level, and have elementary Russian knowledge.
