I am an experienced Project Manager and Civil Engineer with a strong background in strategic planning, cost control, and risk mitigation. I have managed large project portfolios and led multidisciplinary teams, with a consistent focus on execution visibility, financial discipline, and operational efficiency.

My experience includes planning and controlling real estate, industrial, and residential projects, where I have worked on schedules, baselines, critical paths, progress tracking, and change control. I am comfortable coordinating across technical, financial, legal, commercial, design, engineering, and permitting teams to keep projects aligned with business goals.

I have also built a strong track record in maintenance planning and cost control, including budget optimization, asset reliability, and preventive maintenance transformation.
