I am a Senior Systems Engineer with more than 20 years of experience designing, deploying, and automating hybrid Microsoft environments. My background is centered on Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, PowerShell automation, VMware vSphere, and disaster recovery.
I have spent much of my career building and maintaining enterprise identity and infrastructure solutions across financial services, healthcare, managed service, and other complex environments. I am especially experienced in hybrid AD and cloud administration, security hardening, compliance reporting, and large-scale automation.
In my recent roles, I have led PowerShell automation initiatives for user lifecycle management, stale object remediation, reporting, and operational workflows. I have also administered Microsoft 365 tenants, implemented conditional access and MFA, and supported identity governance and RBAC improvements.
My work has included endpoint modernization projects such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot migrations, as well as disaster recovery planning and execution using Azure Site Recovery, Commvault, and Veeam. I have also contributed to security reviews, infrastructure upgrades, and audit remediation efforts.
I enjoy solving operational problems by reducing manual toil and improving reliability through scripting, process design, and technical leadership. I have served as a Tier 3 escalation point, mentored junior engineers, and partnered closely with security, identity, and operations teams.
