About Me
I am a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and talent analytics. I have managed 10+ concurrent requisitions end-to-end and supported hiring teams in fast-paced, multi-department environments.
I specialize in sourcing active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, social media, and direct outreach. I have also coordinated interviews, collected panel feedback, and supported offer, negotiation, contract, and onboarding processes.
