Human Rights & Wellness Program Manager
About Me
I am a mission-driven professional with experience spanning human rights, wellness programming, community relations, and customer support. My work has centered on advocacy for Black, Brown, Queer, Trans, and disabled communities, with a strong focus on equity, inclusion, and compassionate service.
In my current role as Interim Human Rights & Wellness Program Manager with The Divas With Disabilities Project, I help lead initiatives that create affirming spaces and advance intersectional representation. I have co-led the relaunch of Pride Ability, authored policy briefings, and partnered with universities and disability-focused organizations to support community impact.
I bring hands-on experience in case management, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. I have supported clients and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities, facilitated community engagement meetings, and helped coordinate mentorship and wellness programming.
My background also includes more than a decade in administrative and customer support roles, where I developed strong skills in CRM tracking, document management, scheduling, benefits support, and issue resolution. I have worked in fast-paced environments that required precision, empathy, and clear communication.
I am comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Tableau, and I value organized systems that improve service delivery and team coordination. My experience has taught me how to balance operational efficiency with a people-first approach.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Human Service & Advocacy from the University of Southern New Hampshire. I am committed to using my education and professional experience to support communities, strengthen programs, and advance social justice.
