About Me
I am an operations and client success professional with experience across insurance operations, luxury automotive service, and multi-location retail leadership. I currently manage remote operations for a multi-state U.S. P&C insurance agency, where I coordinate personal and commercial lines across Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Virginia.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with working Portuguese, and I use that language ability to serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. I focus on making complex, high-volume workflows more organized, repeatable, and efficient.
In my current role, I handle the client lifecycle from onboarding through retention, including policy processing, certificates of insurance, comparative proposals, carrier coordination, CRM maintenance, and standardized document workflows. I take pride in reducing turnaround time and eliminating recurring errors.
My background also includes service advisor roles with Mercedes-Benz USA and Group 1 Automotive, where I supported clients through service and finance decisions, coordinated between departments, and helped maintain strong customer satisfaction. These roles strengthened my client communication, problem-solving, and operational coordination skills.
Earlier, I served as a District Sales Manager in the wireless retail channel, where I led teams across multiple locations, coached staff, and standardized operational and merchandising processes. That experience helped me build a strong foundation in leadership, performance management, and process improvement.
I hold certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, and ASE Service Consultant. I am seeking a 100% remote operations or client success role where I can contribute my bilingual communication skills, operational discipline, and customer-focused mindset.
