About Me
I am a motivated professional with a solid foundation in customer support and administrative operations. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, managing client relationships, and constantly learning new technical skills to stay ahead.
I currently combine hands-on experience in fast-paced environments with my ongoing Business Administration studies at Tbilisi State University. I focus on applying academic concepts to real-world challenges and improving the way I support customers and teams.
In my customer support role, I handle live chat and phone interactions, provide friendly and high-quality service, and make sure every customer issue is addressed carefully. I also work with KYC verification and document review, which has strengthened my attention to detail and compliance awareness.
