About Me

I am a reliable and well-structured professional with many years of experience in customer service and team leadership. I have spent more than 10 years working in the hospitality sector in London, where I developed strong service, communication, and organizational skills.

For the last 3 years, I worked as a Team Leader at Pret A Manger in London. In this role, I led and organized the team, supported customers directly, ensured service quality, managed daily workflows, handled cash responsibilities, and maintained hygiene and quality standards.

Before that, I worked for 7 years as an Assistant Manager / Barista at a café in London. There I was responsible for customer service and sales, supporting management, preparing beverages, and training new employees.

In Austria, I have also worked in cleaning services at Cleanos, where I carried out cleaning tasks independently and with great attention to detail. I am used to working responsibly, accurately, and largely on my own.

I am highly customer-oriented, resilient, and organized. I enjoy working in structured environments where reliability, teamwork, and service quality are important.

I am currently learning German at beginner level (A2.1) and practice it actively every day. I am available full time and flexible, including weekends.
