About Me
I am a Brazilian professional with experience in customer support, customer relationship management, and English teaching. I have worked in fast-paced service environments where clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving were essential.
In my most recent roles, I handled customer service through chat and phone, supported users across online and offline channels, and performed ombudsman responsibilities.
