People Operations Leader
About Me
I am a people-focused operations leader with more than 10 years of progressive experience in employee onboarding, interviewing, training, leadership, process improvement, and operational excellence.
I have grown through multiple promotions, moving from Data Entry Specialist to Trainer, Team Lead, and Billing/AR Supervisor. This progression reflects my ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and deliver consistent results in fast-paced environments.
I have supervised a team of about 15 employees in a 600-employee organization, interviewed approximately 40 candidates, and trained more than 30 new employees. I also led a fully remote team while maintaining strong accuracy and performance standards.
My experience includes developing SOPs, creating process maps, supporting compliance, and improving workflows through Lean Six Sigma initiatives. One of my key achievements was reducing operational errors by 70% within five weeks.
I am comfortable working across HR administration, employee experience, performance coaching, learning and development, and administrative support. I also have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
I am currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, and I also hold education in Teaching English as a Second Language, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, and Neuroscience Coaching. I speak English fluently and Spanish natively, and I am available for international travel.
