About Me
I am a senior product leader with 8+ years of experience building integration-heavy, partner-facing products across global markets. I have led products that require close coordination between engineering, operations, legal, and external partners, and I enjoy turning complex technical and business constraints into simple, reliable user experiences.
At StubHub International, I owned the end-to-end integration of external carrier partners into the fulfilment pipeline. I worked directly with partner organizations on API contracts, data flows, and edge cases, while keeping delivery aligned with business goals and protecting revenue.
I have also led post-purchase, customer experience, compliance, and fulfilment portfolios across 45 markets. My work has included transactional messaging, GDPR-related data remediation, customer support tooling, telephony, chatbot, and help-centre products, as well as logistics and last-mile delivery strategy.
In my current and recent roles, I have managed cross-functional squads, prioritized roadmaps, and translated executive strategy into actionable product work. I am comfortable working with engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders at all levels, and I focus on measurable outcomes such as reduced failures, improved efficiency, and cost savings.
I am hands-on with technology and use Claude Code daily to build both professional automation tools and personal applications. I prefer moving from specification to a working, deployed prototype, and I enjoy using AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and experimentation.
I am based in Madrid, Spain, and I am open to remote roles. I speak Spanish natively and work professionally in English, and I bring a strong mix of product strategy, technical fluency, and operational execution to complex platform and marketplace environments.

Embedded SPO at a major global retailer, owning three platforms across two squads. Own the product roadmap for a regional analytics platform used by C-level, VPs and operational managers across NorAm, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Run product discovery directly with executive end users and translate reporting and data needs into validated work items. Previously led two interconnected mission-critical article flow platforms covering the full flow of new articles from external vendors to global operations teams, managing two development squads in parallel.
Owned rostering, scheduling and app configuration for GoalBus, an enterprise SaaS platform used by bus operators worldwide. Coordinated delivery within a shared pool of developers, Tech Leads and UX designers. Defined and prioritized the rostering backlog and translated complex operational constraints into clear user stories. Contributed to GoalBus Operations, a web module for daily staff management, shift planning and driver communications.
Owned the end-to-end post-purchase product portfolio across 45 global markets, processing millions of annual transactions. Built customer communications infrastructure from scratch, including template management, third-party API integrations and behavior-triggered messaging. Led GDPR and compliance remediation after the StubHub-eBay separation, shipped an audit-ready request-management panel, and owned telephony, chatbot, help centre and FAQ products serving thousands of weekly customer contacts.
Drove product strategy for ticket fulfilment and last-mile logistics. Integrated 7 external last-mile carrier partners, leading technical discovery, negotiating data-exchange terms and mapping edge cases with partner organizations. Streamlined electronic ticket delivery and partnered with data scientists and engineers to resolve systemic pain points in the fulfilment pipeline through metrics-driven analysis and A/B testing.
Drove a 30% reduction versus historical cost benchmarks for special-event fulfilment through operational planning and direct carrier-rate negotiation. Designed KPI dashboards to measure fulfilment performance and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Owned B2B2C last-mile logistics strategy, including vendor scouting, contract negotiation and partner performance management across European markets. Helped lay the groundwork for later carrier integrations productized in subsequent product roles.
