About Me
I have seven years of experience working in fast-moving, people-first environments where clear communication and follow-through matter. I am comfortable building trust quickly, staying calm under pressure, and handling responsibilities independently while still collaborating well with others.
For the past two years, I worked as a classroom teacher, managing a class of 30+ students and keeping families informed and connected to what was happening at school. I built assessments from scratch, monitored student progress, and used data to make real-time instructional decisions.
I enjoy working with diverse learners and adapting my approach to meet different needs. I also have experience introducing students and families to new technology tools and making sure everyone can access and use them confidently.
Before teaching, I spent five years in high-volume customer service, where I built rapport with hundreds of people a day. That experience strengthened my communication, patience, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
I am especially comfortable in roles that require organization, multitasking, and a strong service mindset. I can troubleshoot on the spot, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks independently while keeping quality high.
Overall, I bring a combination of education, customer service, data awareness, and people skills. I value teamwork, clear communication, and creating positive experiences for the people I work with.
