About Me
I am a finance and operations professional focused on turning operational data into better financial decisions. My background combines FP&A support, forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and Excel-based decision systems to help teams connect day-to-day operations with profitability.
I have advised manufacturing clients on product-mix optimization, special-order analysis, and capacity decisions. In one engagement, I co-developed a constraint-based operating model that improved throughput and net profit, and I built decision-support tools to help leadership and shop-floor teams make faster, clearer decisions.
My experience also includes finance leadership in a co-founded marketing and brand-positioning business, where I managed advertising investment, built forecasts and business cases, and helped shift spending toward measurable performance campaigns. I enjoy using financial analysis to support growth, accountability, and better resource allocation.
On the operations side, I have worked directly in manufacturing environments, improving warehouse processes, reducing picking time, redesigning changeovers, and reallocating labor to better use constrained capacity. I also founded and led a local delivery service, where I built a team and scaled the customer base quickly.

Advise two manufacturing clients on product-mix optimization, constraint management, and special-order profitability using Throughput Accounting and Theory of Constraints. Co-developed a constraint-based decision model that increased throughput by 13% and net profit by 12% within the first three months for one client. Reframed discounted special-order analysis for an industrial manufacturer, identifying profitable orders previously rejected under absorption costing due to unused capacity. Launched a local delivery service with MXN 1,500 in initial capital during COVID-19 restrictions.
