QA Analyst

I am a QA Analyst with 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance across the full SDLC. My background includes test planning, requirements analysis, test design, execution, and reporting, always aligned with business goals.

I have strong experience in functional, non-functional, exploratory, and regression testing, and I have worked in Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban. I am comfortable collaborating with developers, DevOps, product owners, and UX/UI teams to improve product quality.

In my current role at Dot Digital Group, I support multiple projects and help ensure quality across the entire delivery lifecycle. I have also increased automated test coverage significantly using Cypress and integrated automated tests with GitHub Actions and Slack to strengthen CI pipelines and team visibility.

Previously, I worked as a Junior QA Analyst at the same company, where I performed manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications. I also used SQL for data validation and database updates, which helped me contribute more effectively to testing and defect analysis.

I enjoy using modern tools and practices to improve testing efficiency, including Gherkin, BDD, Jira, Postman, Selenium, Appium, and k6. I also leverage AI to help design, execute, and maintain test cases, while keeping documentation clear and actionable.

I am continuously developing my technical and professional skills through postgraduate studies in Information Technology Management and certifications in software testing tools and methodologies. I am fluent in Portuguese, conversational in English, and have basic Spanish skills.
