About Me
I am an administrative and customer support professional with experience in data management, record maintenance, documentation control, and operational coordination. I focus on keeping information accurate, organized, and easy to retrieve so teams can work efficiently.
I have worked in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, problem-solving, and consistency are essential. My background includes managing spreadsheets, preparing reports, verifying records, and supporting daily office operations with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
In my current role as a District Office Secretary, I maintain employee and organizational records, update spreadsheets, prepare official correspondence, and help ensure that documentation is complete and reliable. I also support office coordination by organizing files and assisting with administrative processes.
Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative handling voice and non-voice support. That experience strengthened my communication skills, customer handling, and ability to resolve billing and technical concerns while maintaining confidentiality and performance standards.
I also bring leadership experience from serving as a Youth Leader and Associate Pastor, where I coordinated programs, schedules, communications, and documentation for teams and volunteers. This helped me develop strong organizational and coaching abilities.
