About Me
I am a Software QA Engineer with 5.5+ years of experience delivering quality across enterprise SaaS, AI-powered products, CRM integrations, and Blockchain/Web3 platforms.
I have owned end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, feature validation, release readiness, production verification, and regression testing. I am comfortable working as a sole QA supporting multiple developers and coordinating a high volume of QA deliverables each sprint.
I have built automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright, TypeScript, and Cucumber, and I have also worked with Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and JMeter. My work has helped improve regression coverage and reduce manual testing effort significantly.
I have experience validating APIs, SQL data, integrations, and complex business workflows across AI recruitment platforms, enterprise SaaS products, restaurant management systems, and blockchain applications. I also collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Data/AI teams to improve release quality.
I have led QA efforts across multiple concurrent projects and mentored junior team members, helping improve testing consistency, onboarding, and QA processes. I take pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for product quality.
I am based in Ha Noi, Vietnam, and I speak English with professional working proficiency. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering and an ISTQB Foundation Level certification, and I have been recognized as Employee of the Year for my contributions to QA excellence.

Manage end-to-end quality across AI-powered recruitment products as the sole QA. Support approximately 20 developers, coordinate QA deliverables per sprint, design feature test suites, validate APIs, SQL data, integrations, and business workflows, and verify CRM synchronization across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
