About Me
I am an insurance and reinsurance operations professional with more than 10 years of experience across personal lines, commercial lines, MGAs, Lloyd’s, brokers, and delegated authority environments. My background is rooted in the operational backbone of regulated insurance, where I have worked on bordereaux, underwriting operations, international programmes, data quality, SLA governance, and cross-border compliance.
I have spent much of my career translating business needs into practical data and system specifications. In my roles, I have gathered requirements from multiple stakeholders, performed gap analysis, coordinated UAT, and acted as a liaison between business teams and IT in complex multi-jurisdictional settings. I am comfortable working across compliance-heavy workflows and making sure operational processes are both efficient and auditable.
Most recently, I have worked in MGA reinsurance platform operations and assistant underwriting, supporting data ingestion, compliance mapping, portfolio reporting, and system deployment. I have managed large stakeholder groups, resolved reconciliation issues, and helped onboard new partners end to end. I have also worked extensively in French-speaking environments and handled operational ownership for international portfolios.
Alongside my insurance career, I have spent the past year building applied AI projects for insurance workflows. I have worked hands-on with CrewAI, LangGraph, Claude API, RAG, DeepEval, and Langfuse to create practical, observable, human-in-the-loop solutions. My focus is not machine learning research, but applying AI to real business problems I already understand deeply.
I bring a strong governance mindset, including experience with Solvency II, sanctions screening, DORA-related audit trail thinking, and EU AI Act awareness. I am especially interested in roles where insurance operations, insurtech, and business analysis intersect, and where regulated processes can be improved through thoughtful automation.
I am open to remote work in CET or Barcelona-hybrid arrangements, and I am comfortable contributing in English, French, Spanish, Catalan, and Italian. I combine deep insurance operations knowledge with practical technology fluency and a strong interest in agentic AI applied to regulated workflows.
