I am an operations and logistics professional with U.S. Army leadership experience and an active DoD Secret Clearance. My background has given me a strong foundation in managing personnel, equipment, and mission-critical operations in high-responsibility environments.
I am currently pursuing cybersecurity education at California Institute of Arts & Technology (CIAT), where I am building knowledge in cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, risk management, and security operations. I am especially interested in applying analytical thinking and technical problem-solving to security-focused roles.
My technical exposure includes networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, along with Windows and Linux basics. I also have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and working with concepts related to incident response and risk management.
In my professional experience, I served as a Logistics Manager in the U.S. Army, where I managed logistics, inventory, petroleum operations, and personnel. I maintained accountability for more than $2M in equipment, enforced safety procedures, and coordinated supply chain, procurement, inspections, and documentation.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Team Leader in landscaping and custodial services, and as a Call Center Representative / Shipment Specialist. These roles strengthened my customer service, communication, teamwork, and operational coordination skills.
I have also completed cybersecurity projects involving cyber threat intelligence, network analysis, and vulnerability assessment. Through these labs, I researched ransomware groups using OSINT, mapped tactics to MITRE ATT&CK, analyzed traffic with Wireshark, and used Nmap to enumerate hosts and document findings.
