About Me

I am a motivated and reliable student studying ICT and Networking & Cybersecurity, with a strong interest in building a career in IT support, hospitality, or administrative roles. I have developed practical technical skills alongside hands-on customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

I am bilingual in French and English, which helps me communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members. My background includes working in nightlife, student union, and bakery settings, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently, and maintain high service standards.

I have experience providing technical IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system setup, and supporting maintenance tasks. Through this, I strengthened my problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
