About

Professional summary

I am a Portuguese economics student with a strong interest in international business, marketing, and customer success. Through my academic background and practical experiences, I have developed analytical thinking, communication skills, and a solid understanding of business operations.

I have built a foundation in economics at the University of Minho, where I studied microeconomics, financial accounting, and data analysis. I also use tools such as Excel, R Studio, SPSS, and Canva to support reporting, visualization, and decision-making.

My current role as a Customer Success Student Assistant at Formalize allows me to support Portuguese-speaking clients through onboarding, training, compliance guidance, and customer support. I also help with data migration, workflow optimization, and localization of content for the Portuguese market.

Earlier, I participated in the Susilo Business + Ethics Case Competition at Boston University, where I prepared analytical reports and presentations focused on management, vision, and business ethics. This experience strengthened my teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

I have also been involved in student and civic initiatives, including the Financial Department Student Association and the European Parliament Ambassador School Programme. These experiences helped me develop responsibility, resilience, and a broader perspective on social impact and collaboration.

I am fluent in Portuguese and English, and I enjoy working in multicultural environments where I can combine my international perspective with strong organizational and communication skills. I am eager to continue growing in roles related to customer success, business, marketing, and operations.
