Develop and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on e-commerce, subscriptions, direct sales, ERP integrations, and payment processing. Implemented Bling ERP v3 integration, redesigned a legacy XML-based integration into REST/JSON, built retry and reprocessing mechanisms for failed payments, redesigned subscription expiration rules, investigated ERP rate-limiting issues, and resolved a critical billing incident. Contributed to development and maintenance of a healthcare management platform for online consultations, appointment scheduling, patient management, and reporting. Implemented new features, resolved bugs, performed maintenance activities, and collaborated on database operations and web application development using PHP, Zend Framework, Vue.js, and Oracle.
