Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator

I am an IT infrastructure professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting critical environments, virtualization platforms, corporate networks, and N1/N2/N3 technical operations.

My background includes hands-on administration of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, VPNs, monitoring tools, and backup and disaster recovery solutions. I have worked across services, technology, healthcare, and financial environments, always focused on stability, continuity, and service quality.

I have strong experience in incident management, problem management, and ITIL-based operations, including the use of ServiceNow and Nagios in high-demand environments. I am comfortable working with both physical and virtual infrastructure, as well as hybrid cloud technologies such as Azure AD, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

Throughout my career, I have supported multi-site organizations, designed resilient network and server architectures, and improved operational metrics such as uptime, RTO, and SLA compliance. I also have experience contributing to ISO 9001-related processes and audits.

I currently work as an independent IT consultant, helping commercial clients improve connectivity, server administration, and technology modernization initiatives. I enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems and building reliable systems that support business continuity.
