I am a professional with experience in travel services, education, and customer-facing roles. I have worked in tourism, language teaching, and hospitality, which has helped me build strong communication, sales, and service skills.

My background includes guiding groups, selling and booking travel packages, and supporting guests with trip planning, hotel reservations, and ticket sales. I enjoy helping people organize memorable experiences and making complex travel arrangements feel simple and smooth.

I also worked as an English teacher, teaching students from young children to adults at different proficiency levels. This experience strengthened my ability to explain clearly, adapt to different audiences, and stay patient and organized in dynamic environments.
