I am passionate about human behavior, organizational development, and education. I have a solid foundation in Clinical Psychology, complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management that is close to completion, which allows me to design comprehensive strategies that strengthen talent and improve administrative management.

Throughout my career, I have balanced key roles in the financial and consulting sectors, developing strong experience in document management, financial control, and HR processes. I have worked in environments that required accuracy, responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset.

I also made a strategic career pause to strengthen my skills through specialized training in mental health, educational innovation, and finance. During that time, I further developed my profile as an author focused on emotional education.

Currently, I work as a psychologist and trainer for public and private organizations, facilitating the development of essential skills for personal and professional success. My work focuses on emotional well-being, stress management, and practical learning.
