IT Support Engineer

I am an IT support and infrastructure professional with experience in end-user support, network administration, and enterprise application support.

I have worked in environments where service continuity, incident resolution, and user satisfaction were critical, supporting laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, APs, switches, and business applications.

My background includes coordinating field technicians, managing vendors and spare parts, tracking response times, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

I have also participated in network monitoring, IP voice support, domain and Active Directory administration, backups, and infrastructure migrations.

Over time, I have taken on broader responsibilities, including local coordination roles and support for sales teams in mobility platforms and field applications.

I am currently strengthening my profile in cybersecurity through recent training and certifications, while maintaining a strong foundation in networking and technical support.
