I am a creative and bilingual professional with more than 15 years of experience across graphic design, branding, print production, photography, digital marketing, banking operations, healthcare support, and customer relationship management.

I have built my career around delivering visually strong and business-focused solutions, whether that means developing brand identities, preparing print-ready artwork, managing marketing assets, or supporting product photography and e-commerce content.

My background also includes extensive customer service and operations experience. I have supported banking clients, healthcare members, transportation customers, and retail operations, handling complex inquiries, troubleshooting, claims, authorizations, and account-related issues.

I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments where quality, accuracy, and communication matter. I have coordinated billing, order management, dispatch, follow-up, and service workflows while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

In addition to design and service work, I have managed social media pages and supported advertising campaigns, helping businesses improve engagement and present a consistent visual identity across channels.

I bring a combination of creative direction, technical design execution, and client-facing problem solving. I am especially interested in roles where I can contribute both strategic thinking and hands-on production skills.
