I am a Bachelor of Communication graduate from Universitas Sains Indonesia with experience in marketing, customer service, content creation, broadcasting, and event coordination.

I have supported prospective students through the admissions process by providing academic consultations, handling inquiries, and guiding both online and offline registrations. This experience strengthened my customer service mindset and my ability to communicate clearly across WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and in-person interactions.

My background also includes work as a presenter, reporter, voice-over talent, radio announcer, copywriter, and master of ceremonies. These roles helped me build strong public speaking, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills, while also improving my confidence in front of audiences and cameras.

In marketing and content roles, I have created scripts, copywriting, content plans, and promotional materials, and I have participated in photo and video production. I am comfortable working on campaigns, live hosting, and social media engagement to support brand and recruitment goals.

I have also worked in event operations, where I coordinated logistics, supported stage management, and collaborated with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. I am adaptable, organized, and able to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
