I am a technology, data analytics, and digital transformation professional with more than 20 years of experience across IT infrastructure administration, business intelligence, corporate training, and university teaching.
I have built my career around improving operational performance through technology, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. My background includes Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, perimeter security, and end-to-end IT support for corporate and educational environments.
I also work extensively in analytics and BI, using Power BI, Excel, SQL, SPSS, and Python to design dashboards, analyze performance, and support strategic decisions. I have applied these skills in academic management, operational reporting, and quantitative research.
In parallel, I have developed a strong profile in teaching and technical training. I have designed and delivered programs in statistics, operations research, BI, programming, AI, and digital tools for professionals, students, and institutional teams.
