IT Supervisor | Infrastructure, Operations & Cybersecurity

I am an IT Supervisor with 17+ years of experience supporting critical IT and OT environments in a national infrastructure setting.

My background combines infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and business continuity, with hands-on responsibility for servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, databases, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

I have spent much of my career ensuring 24/7 availability of business-critical systems, coordinating incidents, leading technical activities, and supporting operational teams in high-availability environments.

I also work closely with vendors and stakeholders, translating operational needs into technical actions, following up on deliverables, and helping drive infrastructure improvements and secure configurations.

Cybersecurity is a major part of my profile. I have experience with vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security assessments, and compliance-oriented practices aligned with NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, GDPR, and NIS2.

I am currently completing an MSc in Cybersecurity, and my thesis focuses on DDoS detection using machine learning. I continue to build on my experience in infrastructure, security, and operational resilience while contributing to reliable and secure technology operations.
