My background in nutrition includes formal education in nutrition and postgraduate studies in clinical and functional nutrition, which strengthened my ability to work with wellness-focused contexts.

I also have experience in quality inspection, sales, and store support, where I developed strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.

In addition, I have worked as a yoga teacher, including in-person and online classes, and I have contributed to teacher training by teaching physiology and nutrition.
