Customer Success Manager

I work at the intersection of business processes, enterprise systems, integration, and delivery.

I lead the design and implementation of enterprise CRM, ERP, data, and integration landscapes, coordinating management, business teams, internal IT, and external implementation partners.

I translate business requirements into target processes, system decisions, delivery plans, and production-ready solutions.

I focus on structured requirements, system and architecture decisions, implementation governance, integrations, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and custom applications.

I can contribute to customer onboarding, implementation support, adoption planning, process and system analysis, stakeholder workshops, success metrics, reporting, and structured handover.

I prefer project-based or freelance engagements with clearly defined workstreams, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables, and I aim to leave behind solutions and operating structures that can be maintained internally.
