IT Support Engineer

I am an IT Support Engineer with more than 9 years of experience supporting enterprise and multi-branch environments. I have worked extensively with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and network troubleshooting across Cisco and Mikrotik environments.

I specialize in L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and maintaining stable IT services for business-critical operations. My background includes supporting large user bases, branch connectivity, and infrastructure reliability.

I have hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory, monitoring backups, validating recovery workflows, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VLAN basics, and VPN connectivity. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments where uptime and responsiveness matter.

My experience also includes VMware ESXi host administration, VM monitoring, and supporting branch-level services in retail and distributed organizations. I have provided support across headquarters and operational sites, helping ensure consistent service delivery.

In addition to infrastructure support, I have experience with software support, CRM installation, user training, and hardware troubleshooting. I enjoy solving technical issues end-to-end and helping users and teams stay productive.
