I am a third-year Computer Science student in Nigeria with a strong practical foundation in IT support, networking, and operating systems. I focus on delivering reliable remote technical assistance and solving issues across Windows, Linux, and Android environments.
I have hands-on experience troubleshooting OS installation and repair, package and dependency problems, driver and update failures, boot issues, and virtual machine setup and recovery. I am comfortable working through problems methodically and documenting each step clearly.
My networking background includes IP addressing, subnetting, routing basics, VLANs, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting. I have built and troubleshot multi-device lab topologies in Cisco Packet Tracer and used that experience to strengthen my support and diagnostic skills.
I also maintain a VirtualBox-based multi-OS lab with Kali Linux, Metasploitable2, and Windows VMs to practice real-world remote troubleshooting scenarios. This has helped me improve my ability to identify root causes, restore access, and create repeatable support procedures.
In backend and environment support work, I have configured Django and FastAPI projects, connected PostgreSQL databases through pgAdmin, and resolved authentication, dependency, and configuration issues. I am also comfortable using terminal tools, ADB, and basic system monitoring utilities.
I am looking for a Tier 1 Remote IT Support / Helpdesk Technician role where I can contribute strong troubleshooting depth, clear communication, and a structured approach to incident resolution.
