I am a senior field application and customer success engineer with a strong background in technical customer support, product training, and scientific research. I have experience working at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and technical documentation, with a focus on helping customers adopt complex products successfully.
In my most recent role, I delivered more than 100 customer demonstrations and technical training sessions, supported sales efforts, and handled remote and onsite technical support. I also closed around 250 support tickets annually and contributed to product quality by diagnosing, repairing, and testing acoustic gas leak sensors.
I have owned end-to-end customer-facing technical documentation and multilingual manuals, and I have onboarded and trained about 50 new employees. I enjoy translating technical complexity into clear, practical guidance for users, teams, and stakeholders.
