Customer Success Associate

I am a motivated and adaptable professional with hands-on experience in customer-facing, sales, coordination, and content-related work. I have built a strong foundation in communication, reliability, and attention to detail through freelance, volunteer, and operational roles.

I have experience handling quality checks, coordinating transactions, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments. These roles have helped me develop a practical, organized approach to work and a strong sense of accountability.

I also worked as a freelance book translator, where I translated a full-length book from English to Hindi under an open-source publishing contract. This experience strengthened my language skills, accuracy, and ability to preserve tone and readability across long-form content.

In addition, I volunteered as a teacher for young students in a community program, where I taught basic Mathematics and English. That experience improved my patience, adaptability, and ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.

I have also worked in commission-based sales, managing client communication and building relationships to support repeat business. This has given me practical exposure to customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy while continuing to build transferable professional experience. I am comfortable working independently, open to remote opportunities, and interested in roles where I can contribute through communication, support, coordination, and service-oriented work.
