I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in special education, autism, and developmental disabilities.
I hold a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of British Columbia, with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities, and I also completed academic studies in psychology, education, and behavioral neuroscience.
My professional experience includes delivering one-on-one applied behavior analysis services, conducting assessments, developing positive behavior support plans, analyzing progress data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients and families. I've been working with a diverse range of learners of different support needs and ages in person and remotely as well. I've also provided staff and parent training on specific topics such as toilet training, feeding challenges, how to reduce challenging behaviors, how to increase socially adaptive behaviors and more.
I am experienced in training staff, facilitating meetings, preparing reports and documentation, and managing administrative systems and scheduling processes to help services run smoothly and effectively.
In addition to my clinical and consulting work, I have led projects and supported volunteer-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on inclusion, neurodiversity, and community engagement.
I communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and I value working with children, parents, and professionals in a collaborative, organized, and compassionate way.
