I am a seasoned senior technologist and change agent with more than 35 years of experience across public and private sectors. I specialize in identity and access management, security-centric architecture, technical leadership, and complex enterprise transformations.
I have spent much of my career designing, building, integrating, and deploying secure systems for U.S. federal agencies, defense organizations, intelligence communities, and enterprise customers. My work has focused on solving difficult problems in identity governance, single sign-on, cross-domain security, high availability, disaster recovery, and large-scale system integration.
I bring deep hands-on experience with Oracle identity and access management products, Microsoft identity platforms, cloud-based identity services, and vendor-based security solutions. I have also led technical efforts involving custom development, workflow design, provisioning, de-provisioning, auditing, compliance, and user experience improvements.
I am comfortable working directly with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and mission owners to translate business and security requirements into practical solutions. Over the years, I have helped customers make better IT strategy and investment decisions by providing architecture guidance, implementation leadership, and trusted advisory support.
