Store Manager / Sales Assistant

I am a retail professional with experience in sales, customer service, cashier duties, and store management. I have worked in fashion and home retail environments, supporting daily operations and helping create a positive shopping experience for customers.

I have managed store image, customer care service, schedules, budgets, and sales targets, and I am comfortable working with KPIs and performance data to improve results. My background includes both frontline sales and leadership responsibilities.

I enjoy helping customers find the right products, offering styling advice, and ensuring that service is polite, efficient, and aligned with company policies. I am also used to handling returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

In my management roles, I have focused on keeping operations organized and smooth, monitoring trends and product quality, and coordinating teams to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.

I am currently studying Business Administration, and I also have a technical high school background in Electronics as well as training in English language teaching. This combination has helped me build strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
