Systems Analyst

I am an IT professional and university professor in computing with a strong background in systems analysis, administrative management, and technical support.

I work comfortably with data, databases, and process automation, using tools such as Python, Java, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, and Laravel to build practical solutions.

My experience includes hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance, operating system installation, network configuration, and remote IT support for end users and operational teams.

I also have experience in academic environments, where I lead classes, manage student groups, and provide technical support in computer labs and virtual learning systems.
