I am a Systems Engineer with a Master’s degree in Project Management and more than 10 years of experience as a Senior Functional Analyst and Product Owner across banking, fintech, healthcare, retail, and the public sector in Latin America.
I specialize in translating business needs into concrete technology solutions, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in agile and hybrid environments.
In my recent work, I have applied Enterprise AI and prompt engineering in a practical way to improve user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation quality, and functional analysis deliverables.
I have led functional analysis, backlog prioritization, roadmap support, prototyping, UML modeling, and user story definition for complex digital products, including conversational AI and financial platforms.
