I started at Social Ambience as a Junior Media Buyer and honestly, it was where I learned what real agency life looks like. Fast-paced, high expectations, and a lot of learning on the job.

Within the first year, I was promoted to Paid Media Manager. Looking back I think it happened because I never waited to be told what to do. I was already looking across accounts, flagging issues before they became problems and showing up to every meeting with something useful to say.

As a Manager, I led the team day-to-day. Daily check-ins, account reviews, making sure everyone knew their priorities and nothing slipped through. I was the person the team came to when they were stuck and the person clients could rely on for clear answers.

I genuinely enjoyed that part of the role. There is something satisfying about building a team that runs smoothly and watching junior members grow into more confident operators.

It was the kind of experience that taught me how to lead without micromanaging and deliver without making excuses. I am excited to bring that into the next role.
