I am a founder and AI-native product builder based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a strong focus on shipping practical software and automating business workflows.

I built and launched a live multi-channel AI product by directing Claude Code end to end, despite not coming from a traditional programming background.

My work centers on turning manual, slow, and repetitive processes into fast, reliable systems. In my current business, I helped replace a days-long quoting workflow with an AI assistant that responds in minutes.

I have hands-on experience integrating Google Gemini into a customer-facing product and unifying quoting, ordering, and support across multiple channels into one customer memory.

Alongside product work, I bring a decade of real-world business operations experience from running a manufacturing and retail business, including production, order handling, and customer support.
