I am an information technology professional with experience in technical support, computer maintenance, Windows and Linux server administration, and infrastructure monitoring.

I currently work with user support, incident diagnosis, and resolution across hardware, software, and infrastructure environments. My day-to-day work also includes backup routines, recovery support, and maintaining service availability.

I have hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including VLAN configuration, server support, and administration of corporate services. I also work with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix to help ensure stability and visibility across environments.

I am continuously developing my skills in DevOps, information security, cloud computing, Git/GitHub, and infrastructure as code. I also have exposure to tools and technologies such as NGINX, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, and Azure.

I am currently studying Systems Analysis and Development, which strengthens my technical foundation and supports my growth in the IT field. I also have a background in teaching and training users, which helps me communicate technical concepts clearly.

I am a proactive person who enjoys solving problems, documenting processes, and improving workflows. I am open to remote work and travel, and I am looking for opportunities where I can contribute to technical support, infrastructure, and systems administration teams.
