General Assistant / IT Support Trainee

I am a young, responsible, and highly motivated candidate with a strong willingness to learn and contribute in team environments. I have a basic foundation in Word, internet use, and social media, and I am comfortable supporting day-to-day operational tasks with attention and commitment.

I have experience as a General Assistant / Operational Support worker, where I helped with multifunctional support tasks to keep operations efficient. I am also familiar with basic Windows installation and configuration, software maintenance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting in Windows environments.

In addition to technical support-related tasks, I have hands-on exposure to production support activities such as assembly, packing, labeling, cleaning work areas, and handling materials or merchandise. I adapt well to different responsibilities and I am open to learning new processes quickly.

I also completed professional bartender training with a specialization in flair, which strengthened my coordination, presentation, and customer-facing skills. This experience helped me develop discipline, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.

I am currently studying Informatics Engineering and I want to continue building practical experience while developing professionally in different areas assigned to me. I value responsibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging in the workplace.
