I am a Chemical Engineering professional with more than 12 years of experience in refinery and chemical plant operations. My background includes gasification, polymerization, distillation, utilities, and process operations across multiple industrial environments.
I am currently working with Reliance Industries Limited in Jamnagar as a Shift Field Engineer in Gasification Operations. In this role, I coordinate with panel operators through DCS, monitor process units, and support safe and stable plant operation.
My experience includes plant start-up and shutdown, troubleshooting process upsets, handling compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, valves, and utilities, and supporting maintenance through SAP notifications and work orders. I also have basic PLC knowledge and strong familiarity with P&ID and PFD interpretation.
Safety and operational discipline are central to my work. I have hands-on experience with PTW, LOTO, emergency handling, and refinery safety procedures, along with shift supervision and manpower coordination.
Over the years, I have worked in different production and engineering roles in chemical plants, including titanium dioxide, distillation, rubber chemicals, and polymerization units. This has helped me build a broad understanding of process operations and plant coordination.
