I am a multidisciplinary professional working at the intersection of education, research, leadership, and innovation. My background combines a post-doctorate, PhD, master's degree, and graduate specializations in education, neuroscience, human resources, communication, and English language teaching.
For more than 20 years, I have been building and leading educational initiatives that connect academic research with practical impact. I founded Almighty English Classes, where I design and refine evidence-based methodologies for adult and corporate learners, and I have worked with organizations such as Siemens, Heineken, Itaú, Natura, Alcon, and Banco Safra.
I also founded Torno Educativo Teles, an educational technology venture that grew from concept to more than 1,300 units distributed across Brazil. Through this work, I have led product development, scientific validation, production, marketing, logistics, and team development while translating research into scalable learning solutions.
My professional identity is shaped by a strong commitment to evidence-based pedagogy, curriculum innovation, and human development. I have experience in academic leadership, corporate training, organizational psychology, counseling, and strategic consulting, and I enjoy working on interdisciplinary projects that create meaningful learning experiences.
I am especially interested in roles related to research, curriculum development, academic direction, learning and development strategy, and educational innovation. I bring a combination of analytical thinking, leadership, entrepreneurship, and a deep understanding of how people learn and grow.
I value collaboration, continuous learning, and purposeful work. My goal is to contribute to organizations that want to improve education, develop talent, and create innovative solutions with lasting social and professional impact.
