I manage corporate email services through Google Workspace and oversee Windows Server Active Directory administration.

I handle domain registration and migration, IT policy implementation, LAN/WAN setup, patching, antivirus management, and vendor SLA coordination.

I also support users across macOS, Windows, and Android environments, manage CCTV and Wi-Fi installations, and provide remote IT support, training, procurement, and backup administration.

In addition, I organized periodic training for marketers and reported to the State Coordinator.

I handled email setup and management, Active Directory administration, technical support, and hardware/software installation.

I was responsible for user profile creation, ATM procurement and integration support, internet banking setup, database backup, and end-of-day/end-of-month processing.

I also managed payroll systems, network file systems, and internet service provider relationships.

I supported branch users with IT-related services and maintained high system uptime.

I also supported ATMs on-site and off-site to ensure service availability and handled branch data backup activities.

This role strengthened my experience in banking technology support and operational reliability.

I completed industrial attachment in a banking environment.

This experience introduced me to practical IT support and operational processes within the financial sector.

Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation in 2028.

Beginner-level course in digital forensics and document recovery with expected graduation in July 2026.

Completed HND studies in electrical and electronics with a focus on electronics and telecommunication.

Completed National Diploma in Computer Engineering.
