I am a Network Engineer with more than 7 years of experience in telecommunications, focused on Voice Core and IMS environments. I have worked extensively with Nokia and Huawei platforms, supporting services such as VoLTE, SIP, Diameter, CSCF, SBC, and HSS across 2G to 5G networks.
In my current role at Vodafone Romania, I handle 2nd-line support for IMS/VoLTE infrastructure, troubleshoot voice service issues through trace analysis and subscriber database verification, and collaborate with 3rd-line teams and vendors to resolve complex incidents within SLA.
Earlier in my career, I worked in NOC and front-office support roles, where I developed a strong foundation in monitoring, ticket ownership, escalation management, and cross-domain troubleshooting across core, RAN, and transmission networks. These roles helped me build a broad operational understanding of telecom environments.
I am also actively expanding my technical profile into cybersecurity and systems engineering. I am following a SOC analyst learning track, preparing for CompTIA Security+, and building hands-on experience through TryHackMe and personal projects.
One of my main personal projects is Remus OS, a custom AI operating system built with a security-first approach. In this project, I have worked with Rust, Python, gRPC, MQTT, ChromaDB, Ollama, and NixOS to design a layered architecture with local-only services and hardened system configuration.
I enjoy working in international and vendor-facing environments, and I am comfortable communicating in English. I am looking for opportunities where I can continue growing in telecom, network engineering, cybersecurity, or systems-focused roles.
