I am a results-driven education professional with more than 14 years of experience in teaching, school administration, training coordination, records management, and organizational leadership.
I have served in the Department of Education in progressively responsible roles, including Substitute Teacher I, Permanent Teacher I, Teacher III, and Master Teacher I. In these roles, I delivered classroom instruction, managed student learning, maintained records and reports, and supported school operations and administrative processes.
I also have extensive experience in training facilitation and stakeholder engagement. I have worked as a resource speaker, training manager, lecturer, division facilitator, and trainer in various school-based and division-level programs, including INSET, campus journalism, literacy, and instructional development activities.
My academic background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I am also a licensed professional teacher and have completed additional academic work in nursing.
I bring strong skills in project coordination, workflow tracking, data reporting, document control, and office administration. I am comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools to support efficient and organized work.
